If you are going to spend time on your phone, try to make it productive.
i.e. Watching self help youtubers, listening to audiobooks, etc.
Keep your finances in order.
Find an application that can track all your accounts.
Invest $* a month.
Have $* in a high yeild savings account by the end of the summer.
Reduce (processed) sugar intake.
Slowly start reducing the amount of sugar you put in your coffee.
Stop letting "a sweet little treat" be the temporary solution to every emotional problem.
